Although the vast majority of potential clients are eligible candidates for Skin Needling and the DC Method, the required initial interview clarifies the client’s obligations to the process and well as identifying any possible contraindications, current medications, skin type, moles or warts in the treatment area and other special considerations. Questions of all kinds can be addressed; the collaborative relationship between client and practitioner begins at that time.
Following the procedure, special care is important. Different skin types require different after-care protocols. The active collaboration between the client and the practitioner started in the screening process continues, more important than ever, and helps to insure the most successful results.
