Dermic Tissue Manipulation - The DC Method
As an Aesthetician understanding skin and the aging process but most importantly how it works allowed me to develop a series that has proven success. After 100 clinical case studies tracking clients progress from day one to week 16 results were unbelievably SIGNIFICANT. Changes in the appearance, texture and tone of the skin were paramount. An amazing evaluation in that all 100 clients saw a common range of 95-100% improvement by week 16. The DC Method is more unique than "just Skin Needling" it reprograms and transforms the skin. Skin
DTM is an amazing and exceptional way to improve and notably diminish fine lines, wrinkles and scars. What happens to our skin as we age is evident. Face it, we all will get wrinkles and most everyone has a scar somewhere they would like to improve the appearance of. Scars and sun damage can promote hypo-pigmentation. DTM and "The DC Method" can help with all of these. As we grow older our skin sags and stretches making the wrinkles deeper and scars bigger. The epidermis slows down cellular renewal and for those over the age of 50 for example it takes 42-84 days for cell turnover. WOW! Because the main element of the dermis is collagen and 70% of the weight of our skin , it's imperative that this element is plentiful and constantly re-surfacing itself. Elastin, the other main element gives our skin the ability to stretch and retain its shape. Age slows down the production of these two major elements resulting in sun damaged, thin, dull, older looking skin with wrinkles.
Solution:
FYI - Skin Needling was developed in South Africa by physicians and passed on to Advanced Tattooists who positioned the skill to the US. I learned of this astonishing Theory in Advanced Permanent Makeup Classes and discovered myself that the possibilities are endless. Skin Needling Is merely dry tattooing. I personally use a state of the art Digital Tattoo Machine with specific needles and needle clusters with a topical in the area of treatment for numbing. Introducing the Needle to the epidermis and the top layer of the dermis I carefully abrade the skin.

DTM promotes YOUR natural re-production of the main elements "collagen" and "elastin" , making the skin appear smooth, tight and more youthful in appearance. Tissue adhesion under scars and wrinkles act as a barrier prohibiting collagen and elastin to rise to the surfaceof our skin. DTM gently breaks the bands of tethered tissue that holds the scar and wrinkles down. By detaching the skin from these tethered bands the path for collagen and elastin production is now open allowing these elements to blast to the surface repairing the damaged or aged skin.
The appearance is like cat scratches and can be done on any part of the body, such as face, arms, neck, under eyes, eye lids, stomach, breasts, stretch marks, hands, fingers etc. Scars from childhood, acne, piercing's, burns and surgery can all be greatly improved in appearance, texture and immovability with DTM. Healing time is 1-5 days depending how deep the wrinkle or scar was. Large surgical scars such as tummy tucks and scars from burns can take longer to heal. Most people return to work the next day or day after.

Contraindications are also discussed in Consultations, whether you are on medications, have moles or warts over areas of treatments, or darker skin type all of these things can be addressed during this meeting.
